2. Digital products such as automation workflows, n8n automations, Google Opus automations, and scripts.

3. A marketplace for creators/sellers to list and sell their automation solutions.

4. Consulting, training, and marketing assistance.

5. PDF reports, email outputs, and AI-generated content.

 

We constantly update and improve our services; features may be added or removed without prior notice.

 

3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & AUTOMATION SALES

• All automation scripts, workflows, and tools sold on GrowMillions.in are digital goods.

• Once purchased, these items are non-refundable due to their downloadable/usable nature.

• You receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the product for personal or business use.

• Reselling, sharing, or redistributing our products without written permission is strictly prohibited.

• Any misuse or illegal use of automations is the buyer’s responsibility.

 

4. MARKETPLACE SELLERS (If You Sell on GrowMillions.in)

 

If you register as a Seller:

• You must upload original automation products that you own or have rights to sell.

• You allow GrowMillions.in to display, market, and sell your product.

• Revenue shares/commission will be agreed upon separately.

• Fraudulent or copied works are not allowed and may result in termination.

• You are responsible for ensuring your product functions as described.

 

5. PAYMENTS & BILLING

• All payments are processed through third-party payment gateways such as Cashfree, Razorpay, Stripe, etc.

• We do not store your card or banking details.

• Payment gateway fees, taxes, and processing charges may apply.

• For failed or declined payments, please contact your bank or payment provider.

• Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions are subject to investigation.

 

6. REFUND POLICY

 

Due to the nature of digital products and AI-generated services:

• No refunds will be issued once a product/service is delivered.

• Refunds are only provided if:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same order, or

  • The product was never delivered due to a technical error.

7. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree NOT to:

• Use our services for illegal or harmful activities.

• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate our AI models or digital automations.

• Upload harmful scripts, malware, or unauthorized content.

• Misuse our marketplace, icons, branding, or intellectual property.

Violations may lead to account suspension or legal action.

 

8. AI-GENERATED CONTENT DISCLAIMER

• All AI responses, insights, marketing plans, and predictions are automated outputs generated using integrated third-party AI models.

• Results may vary, and we do not guarantee accuracy, financial returns, or marketing success.

• Users should verify important information independently.

• GrowMillions.in is not responsible for any business losses, decisions, or outcomes based on AI-generated content.

 

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

 

11. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

 

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

All outstanding payments will still remain due.
