Automated Resume Screening & Shortlisting

This automation streamlines the recruitment process by automatically evaluating candidate resumes against predefined job requirements. Using n8n, the workflow reads candidate information, retrieves the relevant Job Description from a database, compares the candidate's skills with the required skills, calculates a match score, and classifies the applicant as Shortlisted, Maybe, or Rejected.

After evaluation, the workflow automatically:

• Sends interview invitations to shortlisted candidates.
• Sends rejection emails to unsuccessful applicants.
• Notifies the HR team about shortlisted candidates.
• Stores every application and its evaluation in Google Sheets for reporting and auditing.
